Chapter Membership Dues
Membership year: January 1 – December 31 (as of 1/2027)
CCIM Designee: $150/year
You've earned your CCIM designation and want to stay connected to Northern Nevada's commercial real estate community.
You must maintain active CCIM Institute Designee membership to select this chapter membership.
CCIM Candidate: $150/year
You're actively working toward your CCIM designation. Candidates have access to chapter scholarship resources and candidate guidance.
You must maintain an active CCIM Institute Candidate membership to select this chapter membership.
Affiliate (Associate) Member: $250/year
You're an allied professional (title, lending, legal, accounting, insurance, and similar) who works closely with commercial real estate professionals but isn't pursuing the CCIM designation.
Which membership is right for me?
Designee and Candidate memberships are for people who hold the CCIM designation or are actively enrolled in CCIM coursework. If you aren't pursuing the designation, Affiliate is the right membership for you.
Two Memberships. Two Separate Payments.
- CCIM Institute Membership (National): Provides access to Intellisite, discounted education, and national conferences. It is required for Designees to keep their designation and for Candidates to receive course discounts.
- Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter Membership (Local): Provides access to local networking events, market insights, chapter scholarships, and connections with regional CRE professionals.
- Your chapter membership does NOT include Institute membership. Designees and Candidates must maintain their Institute membership separately.
Joining Mid-Year
Dues are prorated quarterly for new members. If you join partway through the year, you pay only for the quarters remaining.
Join after December 1 and your membership runs through December 31 of the following year. Amounts shown are before the credit card processing fee.
Payment Information
- Membership year: January 1 – December 31
- Payment: Online by credit card through our membership portal (3% processing fee)
- Auto-renewal: Available for Designee, Candidate, and Affiliate memberships. Select it at checkout and your membership renews automatically each year.
